Adam’s Mushrooms

Adam’s Mushrooms started small in 2013. Adam has grown from starting in the mother in law apartment in his parents home to now over 10 years later where they are building their “forever farm.” Located in the Key Peninsula in Washington state they have found many secret places to forage for their mushrooms as well an grow top quality specialty mushrooms and other harvested wild foods.

Marshmallow Lab is thrilled that they didn’t stop at mushrooms and have been harvesting fresh huckleberries as well. These incredible huckleberries grow in many places throughout western Washington and beyond, but the best come from Adam’s Mushrooms. Fresh huckleberries have a distinct tartness that when balanced out with the sweetness Marshmallow Lab’s marshmallow recipe provides a great balance of flavor.

Griffin, the owner of Marshmallow Lab, first met Adam at the Proctor Farmers Market. Instantly Griffin enjoyed the way the often soft spoken Adam carried himself in a humble and easygoing manner. While we at Marshmallow lab only use their huckleberries you should deffinatly look out for the top notch quality of the mushrooms that Adam sells at farmers markets and stores all around Tacoma Washington.
